Yesterday, i asked my good friend to show me a trick he does, he pours a little lighter fluid on his hand and lights it on fire, no big deal. He has my Zippo lighter fuel, and he goes to open it with my Ti-Lite, puts the Upside hook (For faster opening) On his shoe and pulls up, He's stabbed in the leg.. Blood EVERYWHERE, crazy... Ill try to get some pictures... Sent to the hospital to get stitches, He muscle was popping out...

Sorry about your friend Moose, but geez, that trick sounds insanely unsafe...

sharp ass knife + lighter fliud + crazy bastard = trip to the emergency room
 
He was opening the Ti-Lite to open the little nozzle on the lighter fluid, to pur on his hand. You could use your finger-nails, but his were just cut.
 
DUH ! Not much to say. Hope he comes out of this with leg OK and a greater respect for knives.
 
Don't give him lighter fluid, matches and your knife again, either. Unless you are stepping back fast.

Using the tip of the knife on a Zippo fuel container isn't going to hurt the knife. Hope your friend is okay.

Maybe not, but it's an indicator of bad knife habits.

I just refilled a lighter yesterday and used my fingers/nails to pop the top.
