Bad Feedback Removal

I was given bad feedback from a new member as I made him ship a trade first. The knife was listed nib and when it arrived it was obviously not nib. So at my expense I returned the knife to the other person who then left me bad feedback. I would like to have this removed as all I did was not complete the trade and returned the knife to the original owner at my expense.
 
The only one who can reverse this is Spark. The system has a built-in report function you can use.

Go to your profile and then to Feedback Score.
Go to View Complete Feedbacks for Magnumfloyd.
Find the line for this feedback and you will see a red triangle. Click it and tell your problem.
 
I can't answer for him. He usually posts in Tech Support threads when he deals with the question.
