BAD KNIFE?? Coast Rapid Response 3.9

hey guys,

I've been carrying my Coast Rapid Response 3.9 with the basic edge, and quite a few people told me Coast knives are poor quality. i got mine for 33 bucks or so and I like it alot and i even did a few reviews on it here and other places. So are the people im running into are just uniformed a**holes or is there something about Coast i don't know about??? Their lights are amazing, almost as good as my surefire for the price.

What you all thing of this knife??? does anyone else own any Coast blades???
 
Considering that at times it feels like half the forum owns Sebenzas or Les George customs...
 
Im an owner 2 Sebenzas, rarely use em, I just dont know a whole lot on Coast. Im in pretty much in the dark with this brand except what I've experienced from this knife.
 
Coast seems like one of those brands that just sell to hardware stores. I imagine you could pick up a Kershaw or Byrd knife for about the same price and it'd be much higher quality. Coast definitely isn't the worst, but I would personally stay away from them.
 
This picture did not get me to want to know more about this knife.
I choose to stay an uniformed a**hole.
 
I can't say whether or not that knife is quality but the coast knives I had while in scouts were terrible. Quality can improve, maybe they have gotten better.
