Last week I ordered one of the buck 110's from the specials page,the one with 154 steel and diamond wood handles.I have been checking my mail box everyday looking for it to arrive,and man the pictures you guys posted made the wait almost unbearable.well I called buck today to check on the order after seeing that several people here have already received their knives(people who ordered after I did) only to find out...you guessed it,my order was skipped for some reason,they don't know why,it went thru but was never shipped.so now they are out of course(it was a great deal) and I am left high and dry.so if you thought you have one on order you better check it out,and to the people who got there orders enjoy your knife you got a great deal.btw they did refund my money,just no knife. I was just called by liz at buck knives who apologized for the error and went above and beyond the call to make things right.It has really reassured my faith in customer service at buck,they could have just said sorry for your luck but they did much more and I appreciate it.thank you buck knives and liz.
