Bad News- a bit of medical trouble...

On Monday I had to visit the Emergency Room of the local Hospital for some swelling- it turned out that an old injury had abcessed and required me to stay in the hospital for IV antbiotics and surgery. Relatively minor and I am home now but I will be off-work for at least the remainder of this week and possibly into next. This means that some orders will inevitably be delayed, for which I am very sorry! I have tried to contact people affected by this, but if I missed getting ahold of you now you know! Feel free to PM or email me for details if you feel this might affect delivery of your order.

Sometimes it's a bugger being a one-man shop- things like this crop up and there is no one to 'take up the slack' and delays become inevitable.

Still plan on attending BLADE Show though!

Can a mod post this in the Custom forums or in the Knife Maker forums? Mr Pearce, if I was one of your customers, I would be able to wait. Get better!

Wouldn't miss it for the world! Thanks for the good wishes- it helps. Meanwhile I have to make very sure I am a good boy and recover properly. Otherwise- MORE HOSPITAL FOOD. Bleh!
 
Glad to hear it is only minor. Hope you get well soon. And save that strength so you can carry some of those beautiful blades to the show.
 
Thanks again for all the good wishes- Saw the Doc today and she says everything is going great- I can resume light work on Monday.
