broke into the Busse family by ordering a Boney Active Duty. Anyone with a pic they'd like to share? Also would like to hear experience or comments for that particular blade.

Thanks in advance.

While I have three of them, all with different handle materials and colors, here are some photos of the one with Red/Black G-10 handles:

Here's the Black micarta and a red/black g-10.

edit- forgot to comment- I only kept the micarta, felt better and is lighter. The BAD's also have the thinest tip of any Busse.

The AD's of various sorts are only the best Busses ever made, that's all. Ya' done good.

I am wearing mine as I write this. It is one of the best edc Busse knives. It handles really well and is a very usable size.

My satin and tan canvas BAD arrived today, and it's awesome! (just like mapper66's above) Time will tell if I end up liking it more than my tiger cultie and my OJ warden (my current fave EDCs). Maybe so!

I do like the BAD much better than my '07 ADSE- the thinner blade, satin finish and micarta scales are a nicer configuration, IMO. It is very light and handy. Not every Busse needs to be a prybar! And made out of INFI, the BAD is probably as tough as some prybar-type knives made by other companies.
