I picked up a used Bader and so far havent been able to keep the belts tracking right. If I do get the belts to track, as soon as i start grinding they walk off.
Ive tried different belts, made sure the pullies are square with each other, I have the tightner as tight as it will go.
Im open to any sugestions.

strip of tape down the center of the tracking wheel or a stronger spring if the wheel's already got a good crown.

Thanks guys, the tracking wheel has a good crown on it, maybe a stronger spring will do the trick.

Howard Clark used to make a leaf spring to replace the old coils. End of tracking problems. I finally have learned to crank up the tension. I have to replace the pin that holds the handle in place fairly regularly because it takes so much pressure to free the belt, but my tracking issues have pretty much disappeared.

Is this the first model we are talking about? I have zero problems with my BII.
