Hi Guys!! Just opened the box with something loose rollin around!
Thanks Scott, I found out you were the one to send it. if I like the wine it belongs to I'll send you a couple of bottles.
The Attacks are beautiful, Blue/Black G-10 Mags. Showing them with BA w/o Mags. Hard to tell the big difference, for the Blue is darker than the snake, but they are a lot chunkier. If somebody could recommend where I could buy a decent micrometer, not to expensive, I would appreciate it. Let me know which model you have. I can't give you the exact measurements, now. If these were only offered in Red/Black G-10!! regards, Tman

The mags on the BATACs are subtle, but worth the extra IMO...
 
Nice pics tman! :thumbup: IIRC, there are some badgers coming with red/black g-10. :D

Also, are you looking for a micrometer, or dial caliper? I generally use a dial caliper for most stuff, and barely ever use my micrometer. I have a few different types, but the most used is a Dillon Precision mechanical dial caliper. Pretty decent and I think I got it off "that auction site". ;)

Thanks, Dan. I'll check it out. I didn't know which I would need for knife measurements. Xaman, These are my first Mags and I thought they would be much wider...so they are subtle on the BA. I know what to expect now. Thanks
 
I think a caliper is more useful for a wider range of measurements and thickness' but again, just my opinion. You can find pretty decent ones for cheap money.

btw, you bought those off the Busse Company Store, a website run by Idahoskunk and Mrs. Skunk (aka Scott and Vicki). They are the sole authorized dealers for Busse knives. It is not Jerry's operation

I should have never changed my order. I can tell from the pics the mags would be better for me.
