Finally found the time to work up a sheath for my Badger LE:

Added two four-foot sections of 550 for good measure. Unsheathed:

The edge on this thing with my Edge Pro is just about perfect and sharp as hell:

As a bonus, the sheath fits my CG Badgers just fine, too!

Nice leather work! Looks like you did a great job

Very nice and well done, I am trying to make a pattern for my new Badger hope it comes out as good as yours.

Nice!:thumbup: I like it a lot, and especially the way you have the leather high up on the handle. Great protection for the knife AND anything it bumps up against. Thanxx for posting the pix! :D

Materials: A few bucks.
Time: About six hours, on and off.
Tools: A small selection built up over 20 years!

Thanks for all the compliments!

That is some nice work my man. How about a shot of the back and the welts on each side?

oooohhhhh leather pants on a BA! Now that's just down right SEXY! :D

Nice job bro. Thanks for the pics!

That is an awesome sheath. I would be very proud of that sheath if I had the skills to make it myself!

That's awesome man! Nicer than some of the pro work I've seen, excluding the fine leather workers who frequent this forum of course.
