Persian skinner is what I came up with for a pattern name. Anyone's better suggestion is welcome. The blade is damascus by South African farrier Heather Shoe Bothan, the scales are warthog ivory, and the sheath is elephant skin.

Actually, I would call that style a trailing-point hunter rather than a persian skinner.
