During my search for answers, I noticed a bag with a blade attached to the strap. I think it was a maxpediton bag. Any way, rather then search by clicking on every thread. Does somebody know about the picture I am taking about. I don't remember what the thread was talking about. But most likely it had to deal with the RC-3 since that it was I own. Just curious on your thoughts about this bag. I want something to keep in my truck extra ammo and such.

Was it this? If so Camelbak HAWG military, great pack.
Other packs to consider would be the Maxpedition Falcon II, Pygmy Falcon II or Condor II.

Between MOLLE Clips, MALICE Clips, GRIMLOC "carabiners" and paracord, you can do just about whatever you want to with a RAT knife, that's one of the big reasons I like them besides the fact they're so tough.

I think the one you're talking about is the small bag that Tony Dobbs had posted up.

My Truck bag ? Maratac Bag ,that little bag has places all over it to attach items even on the bottom...2 internal pockets on one side and the other has a large netted pocket with velcro closure flap,Excellent bag ,if this is the one your talking about ??? :D

Not Custom, Spec-ops brand Survival sheath , Large version, the Survival has been discontinued but they still make a Combat version with a pocket on the front.small is 6" under , Large is 8" under I believe... Solid sheaths and made in the USA

It's a Malaga gearslinger with a water bottle holder on one side, a small tact-tile pocket on the front, and a medium rolly-polly on the other side. I also have a small sheath on the strap (on the end closest to the top handle) that I keep my Opinel No.8 in. It's a great compact setup that holds a ton but doesn't get snagged on stuff in either an urban or wilderness setting. You can switch it to the front and carry it with a backpack, too.

The cat is named Titus. He's a little terror, and a rescue (we've had him since he was a kitten but it's a bit of a story).

It holds a metric s***-tonne as well. Lots of attachment points to build from. You can make it just about anything you want it to be. The rig I have now is still small enough to count as a "personal item" for air travel as well, so I can have it and my backpack for carry-on.

Maine's a great place to be! I'm in the southern part of the state right now, but I spend the summers up at my parents' place in Bar Harbor--nothing like being surrounded by national park on all sides!

Seems a lot of you guys are liking the maxpedition Pygmy FalconII. I really like it and its price, but I've read a few reviews saying it's too small. I'm 6'5", about 210, and have what some have pointed out to me as a "long torso". Should I look at another bag?
