Here are some pics of EdwardB's BAG3 sheath (I posted them for him):

One of the best things about the new sheaths is that they are easily modifiable. You can make them suit your needs! You'll notice Ed has modified his.

Hopefully Ed will stop by and give his comments on the sheath and his customization.

Actually, I really like the original configuration of the retention system. Different strokes for different folks, I guess

I just didn't like to have to wrap the snap everytime I wanted to snap and unsnap the knife to get it into action. So I modified it a little.

Although the snap is in the way a little while in use, it's not too cumbersome. The snap is under thumb when grasping the sheathed and snapped in knife, allowing for easy and quick unsnapping and she's in hand.

I tried it on the front talon hole and the rear lanyard hole, but this just suited me a little better.

Now for an extended pocket with close formed kydex for a double retention. Perfect!

Best part is, if I want to change it back, just cut it off and do it again!
