This is $15 and is very close to a Bear multitool. It's got to be the best multitool I've found for that price. My review...

Anybody else have one?

EDIT: I see it's up to $22 now. I'm not sure if I'd buy it for that price, but here's the link...

I had one for a few years. For the price, it's a good multitool and comfortable to use. The only thing I didn't like was the large cork screw. I don't mind having a cork screw on a SAK, but don't need one on a multitool.

I see this is also branded as the Schrade SCHT3CP, which comes with a 1/4" hex bit set.

I do have the Schrade version; I picked it up for around $8 locally. The Schrade is a lower quality tool, but still well-worth the money. The bits are a step above dollar-store quality, and they're coated black. They attach via metal square (removing the Phillips driver and flathead driver on the corkscrew side) that folds out like the other tools. There's an adapter in the rubber bit holder that goes on this square, then the bit goes in the hex end. The sheath has a separate Velcro closure compartment in the back for the bit holder.
