BAIII Pic

I know there are a few good pics of the BAIII, but I figured I would post mine with the kydex sheath I made for it this afternoon. It ain't the greatest as far as finish jobs are concerned, but I'm proud of it none the less. The Pro kydex makers shouldn't quake with fear just yet, but give me some time.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. I was using the BAIII today for some drainage tile cutting and landscape work this afternoon, she did pretty good. I figured I would reward her with a new sheath.

Were the scales wet when you took the photo? They seem a bit darker and more colorful than usual.

John, nice sheath! Looks like the really deep mouth will hold the knife VERY securely. I like that feature. Good to hear that the BAIII is getting a beating at your house so it'll feel loved.

No they were dry as a bone but they probably have a bit of oil on them from usage already. I can't keep my mits off of this one.

Thanks. I need to find some grommets like you use and the aluminum stud with phillips screws like I have on one of your rigs. I am not really happy with the chicago screws I picked up. They are all I saw at TKS though.
