Baker's Knife

Reading through my favorite cook book I find that in Dresden Germany in 1730 they made a huge 'kuchen' ,a sweet bread. The bakers used 3,600 eggs and 126 pails of milk. A TWENTY FOOT long knife was needed to cut it !!! Are any of you up to making such a knife ??

I've thought about making a small knife like that, but being from Texas I'd prefer to keep my stuff a little larger )
