Just went to get a snack.Thought you would like to see a Scottish balanced diet.

I love Guinness, I like bananas. I'm not sure how I feel about combining the two, but like they say "don't knock it until you try it." So I won't knock it, but probably won't try it either :)

Uh......... isn't Guiness Irish rather than Scottish?

Now a pint or three of Scottish Oatmeal Stout from the folks at Broughton Ales with a haggis on the side, **that's** a Scottish diet for ya. ;)

Like they say "Guiness goes with anything" :D ....or did I just make that up?

Stacy, I see you have covered all the "food" groups. Grains, protein, Fruits and Veggies and you have the added option of ingesting some ruffage if you choose to naw on the little plastic bubble inside the can. Bottoms up!

Looks like a well balanced meal to me. You could always throw the banana away if your counting calories.
