I picked up an interesting 422V Bucklite at a garage sale. The handle is white in color with a black etch of a soaring bald eagle in a mountain scene and another smaller etch of an eagle head. The handle is the older style two piece construction with steel pins instead of brass. Any information on the knife would be much appreciated.

Jeff,
I did a quick search and came up empty. Was there a box with a catalogue number? What is the blade stamp date code? I was able to find a similar knife with a whitetail deer instead of an eagle.
Take care,
Joe

Joe - Thanks for looking. The blade has the standard 3 line production stamp for 1989, (Buck - 422V - USA). The etch is on one side only and the knife has no other markings to indicate limited production. No box unless you count the big brown one full of hand tools that I found it in.
