Bali friendly states in the West

So I'm in Kalifornia, so no Balisongs for me since the early eighties

The bad news is I may face a layoff from my job; the good news is I may get to leave the state to find a job.

My question for you BaliLovers; What Western States are the most Bali friendly? I'm looking towards Oregon, of course -- any others?
