Yup. In fact all knives are, even switchblades (though these have to have blades under 3 inches). Kind of makes sense considering you can carry a flippin handgun concealed without a permit.

Just don't take them to school or on the grounds of a state institution (court, city hall, etc.) And watch out for local ordinances.
