Believe it or not, I've been away for awhile now trying to teach myself how to sew (so I can make my own shoulder harness' and things of that nature). I didn't go so far as to buy my own machine yet, but I'm definitely close to making that jump.
It's not as easy as I thought it would be, but I do have some great ideas for Balisong rigs and it's the only way to get them together. (nothing available yet......... just practicing)
Besides, that "third party" crap adds too much to the cost of the finished product.
I also figured I could make those nylon cocoon type sheaths, but with kydex reinforcement in strategic areas (look Chuck, NO nails!). I think they would be much more useful that way.
