Balisong leagality

I haven't found a thread discussing balisong laws from state to state. if you know of balisong laws in your area please state the area the you know about and the restrictions involved. In MD, any knife who's blade folds into the handle and is not a switchblade, is considered a pen knife. So, here in MD, balisongs can be carried.

In my country is banned the carrying of Balisong, but buying and selling is legal provided only as a decorative object.
In Spain there are forbidden to carry them, but you can be fined for taking her ...
