Balisong Stolen: Sad Story

When I was 18 years old, 18 years ago, my grandparents and parents gave me 300 bucks for a grad gift. I marched down to a local knife shop and bought a Pacific Cutlery black handled micarta bali song.

It was the most expensive thing I had ever purchased and meant alot because my grandparents are no longer living.

I had it for many years. One day, I went swimming and left my pants outside of my locker at the gym. When I got back, my pants were there but my bali song was gone.

It really devastated me and although I have another less expensive bali song, nothing was like my micarata handled one:(:(

Does anyone know of any stores that sell used Pacific Cutlery or Benchmade balisongs?

Also, does anyone know what different handle materials were offered by PC and BM on these?

I seemed to remember black, ivory, white, and even a beautiful black and red micarta blend (maybe maroon?)

I also seemed to recall some with brass handles?

Maybe even some with wood handles, as well?

Can anyone provide a complete list of these handles?

I didn't mean to ramble but I stumbled onto this site and the memories of my black micarta are haunting me:):)

Stop it, you're making me cry...:(

If any old PC or BM's are around for sale, we (Balisong forum members) usually snatch them up.

If you have a spacific style in mind, try an posting in the "Wanted to Buy" forum (orhere) and I'm sure that one of us could help you out with replacing that memorial blade.

Yeah those losses are majorly painful. I lost a PCC in about 1986?? -I think-? Rock climbing :( ...and I stayed an extra day after all my buddies left for home.., just to look for it. No luck!!

Wasn't even a really nice one, cause I'd mangled it through use, but it was one my mom got me shortly before she passed away, so I can relate.

Like Blade420 said.., if you hang around here a while you may be able to replace that guy without much problem  !

The guys on here -collectively-, probably own 35-40% of the B-SC, PCC.., and BM Customs around.., oooops...make that 70%...lol...I almost forgot Chuck and Dudley :)

Next time come back with a happy story :) ...and ask for a Tachyon in your stocking.., it will certainly be a small, yet effective step through your grieving! ;)
