Balisong Techniques?

To learn how to manipulate the balisong, here are some sites that I recommend:

They both have videos that you can use and slow down. Just takes a little practice to learn. Good Luck!

I sort of just started too and am currently in the advanced section. These are very important things to remember as a begginner:

1)Do the exercises! (just as master clay says)
2)Practice does make perfect and don't give up. For many of the techniques I couldn't do half of them the first day. Nevertheless I kept practicing and had it down the next morning.
3)Cuts may hurt or annoy you, but they help you to not develope poor technique. I wouldn't tape my blade unless I wasn't oriented enough yet to remember which handle is the safe handle.
