yesterday under the supervision of the infamous IG i finished my first piece of damascus. 120 layer twist pattern of 1095, saw blades and pure nickel. I was tryig to think of something to make when i stumbled upon my friends balisong and thought it could be a good project. i was wondering if anyone had info or tips and tricks on putting one of these together?

Get a bottle of tylenol and a tube of preperation H before you start working on it cause they're a head ache and a hemeroid all rolled up into one!:barf:
I have one I just got the ti liners fit up on and I started the thing about 18 months ago, lol.
