Balisongs

Welcome to the tricky, poorly defined world of knife legislation. In some states they're considered switchblades (somehow), in others they're not. Since they're not specifically mentioned in NY's knife laws, it's hard to say whether you can own them and carry them, or own them but not cary them, or if they're just illegal. NJ is the same way with this, I don't order them because I can't get a straight answer on the matter.
