? banned from spyderco website forum???

So i've been wanting a new microdyad and was waiting to hear the news on its arrival. I emailed spyderco about a month ago to ask about availability and when (or if) it will be available. Still no reply. So today i finally realise they have there own forum D'oh! Anyway i try to register and they tell me i am banned!!!
How the heck am i banned when before today i never knew the forum existed and never visited or registered there before? This is truly weird!
And my email to them about the microdyad was polite , friendly and brief. I really like spyderco knives (i own three) but this is kinda turning me off.

It is not you that is banned, but rather your email provider. Without knowing for certain, I would say you perhaps use a free email address? Free email addresses are not allowed on our site forum, see recent thread http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=437599 for more on that.
