Wow, Busse family, I haven't been on here in such a long time.... Sorry for not keeping you updated.

I do however, have some FANTASTIC news! Last doctor visit, I was told that the cancer markers in my blood work went from 143 to 35!! This is phenominal... Much better than predicted. The Lord is working in a mighty way. The chemo is doing it's job, and now the surgeon thinks that the rest of the tumors can be removed in early spring! Hallelujah!!!

I have chemo on 12/31 @ 11:00 a.m.... so if you can throw up another prayer for tomorrow, I would appreciate it. It really takes alot out of me. The only permenant effect is neuropathy in both feet. The doc says that some may go away after treatment is over, but probably not completely. Also, I am completely bald now, and have no eyebrows, and very few lashes. But these will grow back after treatments are over... I hope.

I'll try not to go so long before posting again.

That's great news!! We don't know one another very well, but have met a few times at Knob Creek opening days. It's been a while since I read about your cancer resurgence, and I was concerned for you. I'm happy to hear how much progress you've made; keep fighting.
