When I got home from work this was sitting in my email from Ray Kirk.

It is with a heavy heart that I bring you news of my Barbara passing last night. She passed away at 11:30 last night. I will let every one know when the funeral will be when I find out.
I wish to thank you all for your support during Barbara’s illness, it was greatly appreciated. It made Barbara’s life a bit better by just knowing she had so many friends that were praying for her.

This came latter in the day

The funeral service for Barbara Kirk will be held at the Hart Funeral Home on 1506 N. Grand in Tahlequah, Ok. It will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, January 3, 2011. She will lay in rest at our home from Saturday morning till Sunday evening for viewing to friends and family.

Dwight, thanks for letting us know.

Barb will be missed. She always brought laughter and a zeal for life with her. She found the love and humor of the toughest of situations and lots that were just pure Barb. She was blessed with the love and Ray and her children and grandkids. Brion and I will miss her greatly.
