I have seen reviews of these from 5-6 years ago. Some bad, some decent. Has anyone tried one lately?

Council doesn't make a double bit in cruiser weight. I have a boys axe from them. Even it needed some edge workI got one a year ago and it Is a great size and weight but honestly i would buy something else the metal is soft and they basically don't sharpen it so you will have some time in a useable axe. Just my experience. Council would get my money if I had to do it over
The only axes I know of that don't need edge work are forged axes like autine, Hoffman and GBACouncil doesn't make a double bit in cruiser weight. I have a boys axe from them. Even it needed some edge work
