Bark River Model 1855 Hunting Bowie.
154CM Blade
Antique Ivory Micarta Handle with Mosiac Pin
12-1/4" Over all X 7" Blade X approx. 0.227 thick
Some very slight tarnish on the brass guard.
Excellent condition. Never used - I can't bring myself to get it dirty.
Original sheath in excellent condition and never used.
Original box but no original inside box packing material.
I apologize for my lack of photography skills - I can email larger ones if needed (size limit here, right?)

Hi Oliver,

I will ship to Germany but I've never shipped outside the U.S. before so I need to check into it. Since today is Saturday, I may be able to get a price from the UPS and FedX but will have to wait until Monday to get a price from the US Post Office. I just called FedX, they asked for the area I wanted to ship to in order to give a better cost estimate. If you can give me a zip code or city it would probably would help. What delivery speed (ground, two day, overnight, etc.) would you be interested in?

I just checked on-line prices for the US Post Office. A medium sized box shipped priority post (6 to 10 business days) with insurance and delivery confirmation would cost about $47.50. I will split the cost with you, if you are interested.

It looks like UPS and Fedex would be between $80 and $120 depending upon what options we choose.

I know it seems expensive for shipping a knife. Part of the cost is that I have to use a medium sized USPS box since the knife will not fit in their smaller ones.
