Hello everyone. I’m thinking of preordering my first Bark River knife. There are so many options of colors/woods/liners.

I’ll probably just end up sticking with green micarta, but was wondering if anyone has some favorite Bark River photos to show from your collection.

Here are a few,
1. Featherweight Fox River in maple and Elmax
Got it because it's pretty, super light super nimble carving knife.
2. Ambush Knives Sentry in orange G10 Elmax (I believe bark river makes these now? Could be wrong)
Got it because they were selling out fast. Little beater for me, steak, cardboard, etc. Tough little bastard, sheath was a BR sheath that's kind of C+, wish it had a kydex.
3. Bravo 1.5 ramped in 3V green micarta
Bark river micarta is definitely very smooth, but contoured and super comfortable. I use this for chopping and batoning...it is THICC.

Thoughts: BR are not the sliciest due to grind and thickness, also their sheaths are so so. Quality of the knife, craftsmanship, durability is second to none. Also they use convex on their woods knives so make sure you know how to sharpen/deal with those.

Im eyeing the Cub in blue next...comon wheres that tax return money??

These are all green elder burl. Surprising variances.
