This is an absolutely mint, totally unused, uncarried and unsharpened BARK RIVER KNIFE & TOOL ROGUE BOWIE with ANTIQUE MICARTA handle slabs with lanyard hole and nickel silver bolster!
The knife is of full tang construction. It features a 7" full convex blade which BRK&T are famous for, made of A2 tool steel. The blade thickness is 3/16" up to 1 1/2" from the point where it tapers down uniformly. It is razor sharp! The overall length of the knife is 12 1/8".

As quoted on the RIVER KNIFE & TOOL web site, this knife is reminiscent to the first real Bowie knives made in this country. The period was 1827 and the place was Natchez Mississippi. The Very Time and Place that Jim Bowie came into world Prominence for his Rough Fight on the Vidalia Sandbar. The Sandbar was just south of Natchez Mississippi and local Blacksmiths began to answer the Request for " A Knife Like Bowies". The Rogue is done in the Early Natchez Style and the BARK RIVER KNIFE & TOOL ROGUE is sized from a vintage Example in the Arkansas State Museum that has been credited to early Bowie Maker James Black.

The knife comes with a fantastic New Sharpshooter Sheath Systems Sheath which is equipped with a nice frog.

Price is $175 which includes shipping with delivery confirmation anywhere in the U.S. Paypal fees are on me.

If you guys have any experiece with any of the smaller blade knives from Bark River Knife and Tool, you know they are great knives. If you have come to love your BRAVO 1, you will adore the ROGUE bowie as it can do all of the tasks the smaller blades can handle and many more with unmatched ease. This is a knife suitable to handle any and all of your bushcraft/survival needs and be a real life saver if need be!
