I am the second owner and the knife is unused by me and in great condition! I hesitate to say mint since I don't know if the original ower ever used it. It looks unused and it comes with a factory sheath and an after market JRE sheath worth $100 alone. Pics will be added later

the handle slabs are Black Canvas Micarta.
