Just got my dad a nice little blade- the Bumble Bee. What a great handle!! Anyone have an idea of another Bark River with same handle and maybe a 3-4" blade?

Thanks all...:D

I have the Huntsman. It has a 3" blade. It has hunter orange handles. It is NIB, and I would like to sell it.

I've been looking at the Bumble Bee for some time. Do you think you could share your father's impressions of the knife?

We'll see what he says...I think it's pretty cool! One of the most comfortable handles I have picked up. I got the G10. Nice heft. 2" blade is new to me,but I bet it can do a lot! Blade is thicker than I thought...even the tip looks substantial. Great edge and grind...it's scary sharp.

I think I wish the sheath was a bit more slender to drop in the pocket. We'll see what he says. Turning 84 this week. Since I steered him to Bark River he said "you turned me into a monster" looks like the knife bug bit! hah!:D

i have the bumble bee and i would like to say it is an amazing EDC fixed blade. the handle is super comfortable, the convex grind push cuts like no other and it is just fun to use! i highly recomend this knife. the small blade will do anything you would need it to.
although my knife collection is just begining, it is my favorite knife so far.

I haven't been following Bark River long enough to be able to say "the Bumble Bee shares it's handle with XXX family of knives"

Taking a quick look through the gallery it appears to me that the Drop Point Hunter is perhaps the closest comparison.

It is not identical though, a bit longer at 4.5" (vs 3.6" for the BB) and the handle on the DPH is also more contoured.
