My qwestion is - are this knife made from A2 tool steel?
On his blade is wrote - 1-st produktion run!
thanks for help!

There are more models slotted to come out next year. However, they already offer a huge variety of knives, with a bigger variety of handle choices. Great company.....

I won an upland special on knifeforums a whole back, SWEET blade! I ended up tradign it for a folder, but I regret it now...The A2 is awesome!

If you go to this link, you will find a very active board for this knife company.

Bark River has to be one of the most active knife companies in coming out with truly new knives. They are my favorite knives--hands down.

Don't regret it now. You have a sebbie and that nice Atwood blade .

Barkies have become my fav. fixed blade. They know how to gind a blade. I sent Mike a Queen copperhead with D2 to convex, man that knife cuts like crazy.

My upland special does a lot of kitchen work, and does it well.
