I spent most of the weekend whipping up some of my barbecue sauce. Great barbecue rub and sauce is one of the most important parts of smoking or grilling meat. I have enjoyed barbecues in a lot of states and decided to
create my own recipe for my sauce. I already created a outstanding rub for the meat but did not have the sauce to go with it. Using most of the ingredients for my rub I cooked up this outstanding barbecue sauce for my meat.
When I got all the jars done I decided to put a label on the jars. So, later on that night I set down at the computer and created two different ones. I placed labels on the jars for illustration purposes.
Which label do you prefer for the jars. I would appreciate your comments on this issue. I canned up eleven quarts of barbecue sauce and five quartz of tomatoes. If it was not for my wife helping me in the canning department I would had lost my mind by Sunday. I also want to mention the sauce is little hot but sweet. :yawn:
