I am looking for a US made single blade Barlow. 3"-3.5" in. Preferably one that can be easily obtain. Do you guys have any recommendations?

That's easy. What you want is one of the GEC TC barlows.

Do you know any place that have them in stock? It seems like everyone is sold out.

I wouldn't call them easy to obtain exactly, but since the OP prefaced his request with "preferably" I figured he wasn't averse to doing some legwork. These TC barlows are a GEC SFO commissioned by Charlie Campagna, AKA waynorth. They were released this past year, so they are out there. All you need is some luck and patience and you should be able to find one on the Exchange. Might want to contact Charlie as well.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll be keeping a lookout for it. In the mean time any other barlows available for a quick fix?

AG Russel has some for sale made by Canal Street.
Stainless steel blades. (14-4CrMo, Latrobe Steel's version of 154CM)

I love the TC Barlows. If you can't find any, you can always try out the #15 Boy's knife which is essentially the same exact knife and pattern but without the long bolsters.

You just have to try the TC Barlows - Charlie ( Waynorth ) is the man to contact - pm him, here's some more shots of these great knives.

These are without a doubt, some of the better knives where you get huge bang for your buck, if you are looking for a Barlow - you just cannot go past these.

Terrific knife too. I was going to pick up the chestnut until I saw the stag. It just came last week, and it's already got a good amount of pocket time. In my case, the stag is near perfect, not too thick or thin, and is well matched. Blades are centered, sharp out of the box, springs are flush open and closed, and gaps are imperceptible. It's the best constructed Canal Street I own.

Really great report, zippofan. Thanks!

The canal street looks real nice but it only comes in two blade version. I've been looking at John Lloyd's and they seem real nice. Hopefully I can find a Barlow by him.

Case makes a Barlow too, although it's not as nicely proportioned as the GEC 15. Boker barlows abound on the "big auction site." I'm watching an auction right now for one with a sheepsfoot main blade. If you look around, you may be able to find an older Sheffield barlow, too. I found a really nice Geo.Wostenholm I*XL barlow with all-steel construction and smooth, dark brown bone handles.

Honestly, I recommend that you take a few minutes and find yourself an older one. The new ones are nice, but the only 'contemporary' barlows I really LOVE are the GEC 15s, and they're made in short runs. If you want a nice classic barlow, buy one that's a few decades old.

On that note AG offers his own in a lockback that is inexpensive in price but not in the build. High quality knife for very little money.

IMHO the CSC is in second compared to the GEC 15. The proportions in length are close, but it is a fatter knife with less usable blade than the 15 carries. YMMV

It is also a much more expensive knife than the 15 (albeit it is available at least).

Check with Waynorth and see if he knows of one. He is the one that placed the SFO afterall.
