This one is 3 3/8 closed and just shy of 6 inches open.
154CM blade hollow ground satin finished at 60 RC
410 mill relieved liners with some file work, 416 bolsters and smooth bone handles.

The bone was supposed to be an ivory color but was more like a pale yellow I did not care for. So I dyed it to get this color.

Thanks for looking.

Craig

Although I haven't since, I carried a barlow knife every day when I was younger, which has left me with a nostalgic appreciation for them. This one is just beautiful. It has the design features of the ones I carried as a kid, but the materials, construction and details are fine in every sense. The handle and bolster materials give it an excellent visual weight — especially the SS bolsters. It's neat how the bone almost looks transparent in the first two pictures. I love the filework on just one side of it — it's the kind of detail that doesn't force itself on your eye, but gives it sort of a understated refinement. Really great work.
