As the owner of 4 Benchmade knives you could say I'm a huge fan, and you would be right. Either the Volli or full-size Barrage is with me always. My 530 is on stand-by and the Triage is in the car. I was very pleased to see a Benchmade rep at the grand opening of the Cabelas in Anchorage and he laser engraved my Volli. So it was a great surprise and shock today when my Barrage's lock jammed. This knife, like all the others, has never been abused. No battoning, no throwing, no abuse whatsoever. I'm very glad I was at home when this happened, since carrying the knife open would be dangerous. So I get to experience Benchmade customer service, and I wish I didn't. What a hassle. I can hardly believe it.
