I don't know how many of you are baseball fans, but i know i am. Today the baseball world lost one of its greats, Joe Nuxhall.
He wasnt the best player to ever take the field. He would never win an MVP or a Cy Young.
That wasnt what he was ment to do. He was ment to represent baseball in the best way. He did that. Every day. Be it during the season over the radio, or when people ran into him at a grocery store. He was always friendly, and a joy to listen to.
He exemplified baseball. He exemplified life.
Though I never had the privlage of meeting him, I will still miss him. He was a class act in the midst of a bunch of idiots.
I (we) will miss you Joe. All of us baseball fans, all of us sports fans, all of us who just plain liked to hear of someone who was a friend to all.
