So the chop a thon continues. You finally talked me into knocking the new off my basic 10. so far the non lab test has included becker 2, 4 and 9, esse 6, busse fbm, tglb and now basic 10. needless to say, the fbm beat em all by a large margin. the basic did beat the becker 9, unlike the tglb. I have a rodent 9 on its way. How do you think it will do against the basic 10?

Owned both. B10 is a better all a rounder. Rodent 9 definitely carries its weight towards the tip like a chopper.

if I can talk someone into taking pic or vid. unless one of you guys are close enough to film it.

Ya, I will post what my experience with them has been tomorrow. I am fading fast. Only two categories I have tested them all with. That was slicing a small free hanging limb and chopping. Should get the rodent 9 tomorrow.

Sorry mainaman, i was short on time and didn't get any pics tonight. all I had time for was some de-limbing today. I need to do it with more light to check the smoothness of the cut. I think in some cases, it just ripped the branch off the tree. It is heavy, but balances well at the choil. Didn't get any chopping in tonight.

captainclemmys, I think I will post results in the general section, since there are multiple brands involved.
