why no Basic 6 LE love? seems like this knife is kinda not talked about much, I love it!! It will do everything my Camp Tramp does and carries a little more discrete. I like it for a trail knife or just exploring, and hunting I have cleared shooting lanes whith it also. so whats the verdict? is it just me or do other guys love it as much as me? makes me want my 10 and the 8 really bad!!!!!!:)

Actually, you just reminded me that I need to order a sheath for mine. :) I haven't had a chance to use it past shredding paper, but I think that it's a helluva sweet knife, and mine are frakkn' sharp as heck!!
As far as I'm concerned, the Busse crew can take all the time they need on the B10's (and the B8's & B4's when the time comes) so long as they are as nicely sharpened & finished as these bad boys are.

agreed! mine came wicked sharp! sharpest Busse I ever got. my sheath is from azwelke and its super.

I use mine all the time. It filled that hiking/camping knife role perfectly. I paired it with a machete and a swamp warden and I am good to go. If it werent for dense vegetation, I wouldnt even need the machete. On a side note, I love those res-c handles but the little depressions left by my kydex sheath did irk me at first. The comfort is well worth the slight blem. I will try leather when I get some more infi with the micarta scales. I just havnt decided which blade shape. I wish they made a B6 LE blade with a Boss Jack handle, or an INFI folder, for the umpteenth time.

I passed on it because it looked too small for chopping and too big for delicate tasks.

It felt like a perfect mid-range - I broke down and bought one at KC. It lives under my drivers seat in a nylon sheath with a sak, lighter and novatac in the pouch. With the thinner blade, it has amazing balance.

There was one at the Dayton show. The number? 12!!!
