I purchased a basic plan can somebody tell me am I allowed to put pictures on.? I just need a basic rundown of what I'm able to do

When your Basic membership is activated, yes. The best way to post pictures doesn't need a paid membership, though. Use a photo hosting site like imgur.com

I don't understand what happened here. The fee was deducted from my bank. But it stayed in the pending column. Now I see that that amount is back in my account. So I don't know what happened. Should I try it again??
