Basic Member?

How do you sign up for a Basic Membership, what comes with it, and how much? It is not listed as an option under "Paid Subscriptions".

You won't be able to see lesser memberships until your gold expires. I think it's a $10 membership... limited PMs, avatar, can start Trade ads. Beyond that, I'd be guessing
