Six or five days ago I decided to try out simple basic membership but unfortunatelly I post wrong name while using automated subscribing. There wasn't a problem but my card was charged. I emailed support team but no answer yet. Can you fixed it or at least give me back my 10usd. It is no wealth but I like to know what my cash is spent for.
 
Please let us know what name you used when you paid, your actual name, the last 4 digits of your credit card, and the confirmation number.

As soon as Spark has that information, then he'll be able to rectify it.

Looks like I've mistaken while writing zip, don't remember correctly.
My actual name is Piotr Weber, last 4 digits: 1222 2776, no confirmation yet.
 
Not a US issuing bank. You have to use the old form and purchase the old way - see the thread at the top of the forum for payment information for non US customers. Card Declined.
