Basic Membership

I obtained a basic membership today and when I tried to message a seller on a knife he has for sale it said that I reached my message limit.

How did this happen?
System error?

You have only reached your Basic limit for messaging.

You have X amount of conversations & X amount of total messages within those conversations. Once either is reached, you just need to delete some conversations.

You simply have to delete a conversation to make more room in your total capacity allowed. You can’t delete an individual message within the conversation.

Note: there is no Delete button listed.
The way to Delete is to check mark the LEAVE CONVERSATION, that is the delete function/option.

Also Note: Just like on your email, you will also need to delete your Recently Deleted conversations too (trash bin). They do add up to your totals and can quickly fill your capacity up.

Consider buying a Gold Membership or Platinum Membership if you plan on using the message system here in BladeForums much more. Your Basic Membership just runs out way too quickly on message capacity.

Don’t worry about upgrading before you expire, just ask Spark here (this Tech forum) to prorate your membership fee and he will.
