Just scored a NIB Basic 5 to add to the pile. It's a really sweet blade, now I understand why they were so popular.

I really like the LeatherHog's drop sheath on the B7, like his others, it's a real work of art.

The Basics are very nice and I esp like the smooth coated ones. I currently have all but the 5 and may be adding one of them to my group soon.

personally i prefer the crinkles for their smaller choils....

While I know many like the 5 - I have found the handle to be a little short for my hand. Now the 7 or 9 to me are just about Busse perfect. If only they were full INFI!!

Some great knives you have there, some of the best Busse ever made.

The most under valued Busses in general, great user knives.

For the Basic #5 I like Buy Brown sheaths the best.

For the #3 all of the sheaths work pretty well.
