Bass Pro & Cabela's merger

Looks like it may become a blended family with some loss of unique product lines. I noticed this evening that the Cabela's Alaskan Guide Knives are now listed on the Bass Pro web site also. Another change I noticed is that the 102,105,119 white bone handled knives are no longer listed on the Bass Pro web site where they had been an exclusive for years.

The smooth bone knives disapeared right after the sale. When I heard of the sale. I ordered all three, I figured they might go away. Too bad they are sweet.

I'd love to get the rest of the set. Maybe copper and clad will pick them up.

My local BPS has the 105 and 102, but no 119 (as of this past Monday).

I was at the Myrtle Beach BPS in early May, bought a surf rod and was asked if I wanted to use my Cabelas points for the purchase. Apparently they are merging more and more aspects of their business together - right now is probably a good time to grab an exclusive if you want one. I hope BPS doesn’t mess with their Offshore Angler line of rods - it’s a top quality saltwater line. I need to get by and grab a white bone Buck 102 before they are gone. OH
