BATAC Question...

I am a newbie to the Busse line-up,I own Scrapyard & swamp Rats but I am thinking of pick-up a BATAC from a buddy and just would like to know some basic info on the BATAC,looks like a great multi purpose blade...Thanks guys for any info added to this post !
 
In my opinion BATAC is a great all around blade. Not too heavy to be carried all day long, and yet big enough to do everyday jobs excellent. I even chopped with my BATAC couple of times and it did fine. Here's a pic:

Due to the fact that batacks are flat ground with "V" edge, the are not bad at slicing, which helps when you for example need to prepare meal.
 
TTD, you will love a BATAC in any variety! My fav is the LE but they all rock. Great all purpose blade.
 
BATACLE Rocks! A surprisingly good chopper for it's size. Mini-Pry Bar and a compact size w/o being too bulky.

A wee hike this past Christmas Eve...
