I went and saw Batman Begins and i was literally speechless for an hour. This is the best Batman yet and embodies all that is manly, awesome, and ninjalicious! Go see this movie if you like Batman. If you don't like Batman, go see this movie.
I have always thought Batarangs were badass, but i never see real metal ones made for throwing. A buddy of mine got a cheap jaguar knockoff that looks relatively batlike, but still pretty much sucks. The ones in this movie are simple, sharp as hell, small, and pointy.
Has anyone seen anything throwable and Batarang-like?
If anything, I could just make them like Batman does! Heh heh...
 
There are a couple of actual throwing knives that are of similar appearence, and there are even actual batarang's (not sure if they are the Jaguar ones or not).
You may even want to check out those styled from the movie "Blade".
 
it's just a piece of metal shaped like a bat with sharp edges. i mean it's akin to throwing a solid metal disc or a plate or a toaster oven or anything else really.
